This is the CD cover which i designed for Narc magazine. NARC is a free magazine which published unsigned, interesting local talent. They also use a lot of local art and design work in there publications. The magazine comes with a free CD, this has a collection of tracks which represent the foundations of the magazine. I wanted to create an interesting design which played in the 'old skool mixed tape' look. I used a biro pen to create most of the design, including the listed tracks on the inside. Im particularly happy with the front cover stencil which came out very neat, but still gave the look i was trying to achieve. I need to work on the front cover of the magazine, this will be done in much of the same style as the CD cover.
